Overview
FlowDesk is a purpose-built CRM for a digital agency that outgrew off-the-shelf tools. We designed the data model, built the full-stack application, and delivered a system that fits their exact workflow.
The Challenge
The agency was managing client pipelines across spreadsheets and three different tools. They needed everything in one place, built around their specific process.
Our Solution
We built a custom web application with client pipeline management, task tracking, automated reminders, and a reporting dashboard. The team onboarded in a single day and eliminated two external tools entirely.
